On July 7, 2020, the Fujian Putian Pinghai Bay Offshore Wind Power Zone F project undertaken by Longyuan Zhenhua, a subsidiary of Zhenhua Heavy Industry, successfully completed the first 7-meter diameter type III rock-socketed monopile drilling construction. The project is located in the sea area of Pinghai Bay, Fujian Province. The first pile F4 position has a drilling depth of 27.5 meters and a borehole diameter of 7 meters. The rock-socketed depth of weakly weathered hard rock reaches about 19 meters. The maximum saturated compressive strength of hard rock is 120Mpa. Time 16 days.
For the first time, the new drilling rig HSFDD110 independently developed by Zhenhua Heavy Industry was used in this project. In view of the higher requirements of the construction party's equipment for power supply equipment, the possible severe weather, humidity, salt fog and other environments, the Baifa technical team has carefully studied and finally The construction party provided two customized BF-C1375W container diesel generator sets equipped with Cummins engines and successfully completed the acceptance. At the construction site, the stable performance of the Baifa unit was well received by the construction party.
The perfect "debut" of the new drilling rig is inseparable from the full support of Baifa generator set. This project fully demonstrates Baifa's excellent and rich project experience in the field of diesel generator sets.
